God is pouring a fresh vision into PWOCI Leadership Development. Training is undergoing a transformation of metamorphic proportions!
This transformation will take a couple of familiar and many new avenues. One of the most significant transformations will be the cessation of Leadership Training Seminars (aka Traveling Training).
Leadership Training Seminars (Traveling Training) will no longer be offered to installations by PWOCI.
The exciting and good news is that your Regional Leadership Weekends are transforming into W.I.L.D. Weekends! 
These Weekends will provide a four-pronged ministry approach: (1) Spiritual leadership training, (2) Practical Board position training for the five selected local positions, (3) Lay ministry training to minister to the body, and (4) General leadership training such as conflict resolution and teamwork.
At W.I.L.D. Weekends, leaders will have opportunities to brainstorm strategies to apply the theme, network with other boards, and to receive God’s vision for PWOCI for this season.
Your Regional Board and the W.I.L.D. Training Team are in the planning stages of providing you with a W.I.L.D. Weekend of excellent training, resources and encouragement “for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12)! Stay tuned!
