Aloha from the beautiful land of Oahu, Hawaii.

I am blessed to be here on such an incredible island. What a blessing God has bestowed upon me for such a time as this. I am Jody Garcia the new PWOC Pacific Regional President. What an honor it is to be your new PWOC Pacific Regional President! I have some huge shoes to fill. Connie Oh has been such an inspiration to me as I experienced the process of applying for President. She is an awesome woman of God! Knowing she was lifting me up in prayer for the position, speaks volumes for the godly woman she is. Thank you Connie...thank you!

I am happily married to Wayne Garcia (who is serving as an Army Chaplain at Tripler Army Medical Center) and I live in Waipahu, Oahu. We have seven incredible children: Joshua, Jacob, David, Ryan, Tiffany, Tess and Matthew, and six grandchildren: Chase, Mackenzie, Ethan, Ame'lie, Emma and our newest addition Aiden. None of them live with us as Wayne and I are in the later years of our lives and loving the empty nest, but we sure do miss each and every one of them.

We do have a very blessed life and are very thankful for the Army and the many travels we have been fortunate enough to make. My greatest blessing is being able to make lasting friendships through PWOC.

I attend Tripler Army Medical Center Chapel and AMR PWOC. What a blessing AMR PWOC has been to me! I came to the island in June of 2011 not knowing but a handful of people. When I walked through the doors of AMR PWOC, I immediately felt a sense of belonging and I began to connect with incredible godly women! Through those relationships, God has ignited a fire with in my heart to serve the women of our military community with passion and love for Christ. This opportunity far exceeds anything I have ever done in my Christian walk.

As the new Executive Board members begin their journey together for the next two years, my prayer and heart's desire is that you will join us in prayer as we set our vision and our goals for the Pacific Region.
